The donations in lieu of Christmas cards and the sale of Mr. Hobbs stuff raised a total of £185.00, which has been sent to Naomi House. Thank you to all for your generosity.

EM gauge Matters 

Work in the clubroom continues with construction of the platforms and quayside. Meanwhile the overhaul of rolling stock continues.

O gauge Matters 

Progress is being made with the additional point-work in Abbotstone's fiddle yard. This should be finished soon with testing to follow. We await the new control panel but until then the points will remain in their 'normal' position so that running may recommence.
The planning application to extend the town was passed and progress is now seen. There is talk of "Hobleys" factory having a tall chimney added. Fred Dibnah might also be seen near the top These baseboard sections will be replaced soon whilst details are added to the new town buildings.

Other Business 

I am pleased to advise you that the Summer Party will be at David's home on 19th June, 7.00 for 7.30
David will be approaching you all soon for food suggestions that you are able to provide and of course whether you will be able to make the date!
